Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT

By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.

Between: You and Danceworld LTD.

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 All contracts must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in my child participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If they sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that Danceworld and the teaching staff are not responsible – except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the teacher.

1.3 My child will adhere to all instructions given to them by the teaching staff.

1.4 I understand my Child’s progress is dependent upon effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the sessions themselves.

1.5 I understand that opening times are subject to change and will vary from the regular schedule over holiday and Bank Holiday periods.

1.6 I understand that my child can not attend any other dance school.

1.7 I understand that I agree to not negatively talk about other dancers

THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (28 day trial)

1.8 I understand that in order to be eligible for the action takers guarantee (if appropriate) I must report if my child is not enjoying the programme within 7 days to trigger MONEY BACK GUARANTEE I understand if I do not report this before this will become void.

2.0 PAYMENTS

2.1 I agree to pay monthly recurring fees (as appropriate for the selected membership) for every month’s membership at Danceworld via recurring card payment through the Stripe payment system.

Note: This contracted membership DOES NOT allow unused sessions to carry over from week to week or billing period to billing period.

2.2 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at Danceworld as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card every month.

2.3 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe.

2.4 I understand that if I choose to pay my full year’s fee upfront and then cancel, I will forfeit the discount offered as part of this promotional offer.

2.5 I understand that I cannot share membership packages with anyone else or transfer hours to another individual.

2.6 I understand that if I am late with my fees I will be charged an admin fee.

2.7 I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 28 calendar days late.

3.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

3.1 Membership Pauses are limited to 30 days (1 payment) per calendar year, in 30 day increments only.

3.2 All Membership Pause requests require 28 days-notice before the next scheduled payment date – any requests received later cannot be processed until after the next scheduled payment.

3.3 Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.

3.4 If you choose to cancel your membership during the pause period you must follow the normal cancellation procedure.

3.5 If you want to downgrade your package, we require 28 days-notice.

4.0 CANCELLATIONS

4.1  Cancellations are subject to a 28 day notice period – any payments within this 28 day period will be processed as normal and are non-refundable.

Note: Your child will, of course, be able to continue at Danceworld for a month after your final payment has gone through.

4.2 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront are non-refundable.

4.3 If you do not cancel your membership, it will automatically renew and your spot will be reserved until you formally request to cancel.

4.4 These terms are NOT flexible so if you don’t intend to adhere to these terms then please DO NOT sign up.

5.0 AGREEMENT

5.1 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at Danceworld I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.
